Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Brand Design Intern to contribute to a variety of creative projects, both digital and print, and provide quick, reliable support for diverse design needs.

You will design media for print and digital formats, collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team, and help maintain a unified brand identity across materials. This paid internship offers flexible schedules and opportunities to learn from a dynamic marketing team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree‑seeking program, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related program.
• Portfolio website or PDF samples of your work
• Design proficiency in Figma

Responsibilities

• Design and develop various forms of media for print or digital formats (web design, ads, banners, event collateral)
• Execute projects for online and print products reflecting Workiva brands and creative components
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and provide creative input on projects
• Maintain a library of approved iconography and refine media to ensure a uniform brand identity
