Logistis for Designers, a fully remote bookkeeping and accounting firm for interior designers, seeks a Senior Client Manager to own client relationships and lead a bookkeeping team. You’ll run monthly calls, translate financials for designers, onboard new clients, and uphold best practices across Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa and QuickBooks Online.
You will guide designers through onboarding, clean up messy books, and teach best practices while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior accounting experience, preferably with a bookkeeping firm.
- Strong cleanup and catch-up experience, including reconciliations and accrual corrections.
- Experience onboarding new clients and teaching accounting best practices.
- 3+ years in client-facing roles such as client management.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; ProAdvisor a plus.
Responsabilités
- Manage client relationships and lead monthly calls to review finances.
- Onboard new clients and guide design firms through cleanup and mapping tasks.
- Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
- Review financial statements before client delivery.
- Coordinate with CPAs, payroll providers, and software reps as needed.
- Educate clients on Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa and QuickBooks workflows.
