Job summary

Tutor Me Education offers fully remote 1:1 and small group instruction in Design & CAD. You set your schedule, negotiate hourly rates, and work from home on your own computer. We provide steady opportunities by matching jobs to your subjects and student populations.

We seek tutors with a bachelor's degree, experience with diverse learners, and strong virtual teaching skills. A reliable tech setup and ability to pass a background check are required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience teaching students with diverse needs.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's experience level, project goals, and unique learning style.
Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals.
Adapt instruction in real time using screen-sharing and interactive workflows to troubleshoot software bugs, refine design techniques, and explain geometry or drafting principles.
Track student project progress and communicate with families or school partners regarding portfolio development, software mastery, and milestones.
