As a tutor you’ll deliver individualized virtual instruction, create structured lesson plans, adapt in real time, and track student progress while communicating with families about portfolios and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's experience level, project goals, and unique learning style.
• Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals and accommodations.
• Adapt instruction in real time, troubleshoot software bugs, and explain drafting principles.
• Track student progress and communicate with families regarding portfolio development and milestones.
