Job summary

GovCIO is recruiting a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team on DHS ICE initiatives. The role focuses on program management, data, and reporting, advising on processes and methodologies for government taskings and data analytics.

This is a fully remote position with DHS clearance requirements. Responsibilities include establishing reporting processes, guiding cross‑functional teams, engaging with customers, and delivering clear, concise narratives and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Direct experience in a Law enforcement environment.
• Experience with ICE data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• Provide leadership on innovation and automation paths for project deliverables and HQ communications.
• Guide delivery teams on daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs and pathways to resolution.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to meet requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Review project deliverables for compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure execution.
• Analyze requirement changes and propose expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into clear narratives and create visualizations with PowerPoint.
