Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team in program management, data, and reporting for ICE under DHS. This fully remote role focuses on advising teams and stakeholders on optimal processes and methodologies for government taskings and data analytics.

The position emphasizes leadership, compliance, and effective communication with HQ and field teams, while guiding cross-functional staff to deliver on timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments; 2 years may be substituted with masters.
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment.
• Experience with ICE data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE AORs.
• Provide leadership on innovation and automation for project deliverables and HQ communications.
• Guide delivery team personnel on daily/weekly tasks and ad-hoc requests.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs and resolution pathways.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Review deliverables to ensure compliance and quality.
