Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team in program management, data and reporting activities for ICE. This is a fully remote role requiring you to guide teams and stakeholders, streamline processes, and drive execution across multiple work streams.

You will manage cross‑functional delivery, ensure timely artifacts, and communicate complex information through clear narratives and concise visualizations using PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment and data/processes for ICE.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes to streamline ICE data reporting across AORs.
• Provide thought leadership on project delivery and HQ communications.
• Guide delivery teams on daily/weekly tasks and ad-hoc requests.
• Engage with customers to discuss needs and resolutions.
• Lead cross-discipline teams to meet requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Review deliverables for compliance and quality.
• Disseminate information among business and technical stakeholders.
• Establish and execute project communication plans.
• Analyze requirement changes and propose expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into clear narratives and visuals using PowerPoint.
