Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team focused on program management, data, and reporting for ICE with a remote work arrangement.

The role requires a strong background in government programs, law enforcement context, and data analytics, and involves coordinating across multiple AORs, ensuring quality artifacts, and maintaining compliance while delivering timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a masters).
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment.
• Experience with ICE data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE AORs.
• Provide leadership on innovation and automation for project deliverables and HQ communications.
• Guide delivery teams on daily/weekly tasks and ad-hoc requests.
• Lead customer engagements to discuss needs and resolutions.
