Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team supporting ICE. The role is fully remote and centers on program management, data, and reporting, advising on processes and methodologies for government taskings and analytics.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in dynamic delivery environments, including direct experience with ICE data and law‑enforcement contexts, with a DHS clearance being a must‑have.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a masters).
• Direct experience in a law enforcement specific environment.
• Experience working with ICE data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE.
• Provide thought leadership on paths for innovation and automation for projects and HQ communications.
• Guide team members on daily/weekly requirements and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs and resolutions.
• Ensure cross‑discipline teams stay aligned with requirements and deadlines.
• Review deliverables to ensure compliance and quality.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
• Create effective project communication plans and execute them.
• Analyze requirement changes and propose expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into a clear narrative and create concise visuals with PowerPoint.
