GovCIO is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team in program management, data, and reporting for ICE under DHS. This is a fully remote position.

The role emphasizes advising teams and government stakeholders on processes, methodologies, and strategic planning to execute government taskings. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or commensurate experience) and 12+ years in dynamic client delivery, with direct experience in a law enforcement environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment.
• Experience with ICE-specific data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed team on program mgmt, data, and reporting tasks.
• Establish processes to streamline ICE reporting and data needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to discuss needs and pathways to resolution.
• Ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
• Review deliverables for compliance and quality.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
• Create effective project communications and execution plans.
• Analyze requirement changes and propose timely solutions.
• Translate complex issues into a clear narrative and visuals.
