Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• CA State Bar in good standing; licensed to practice in CA.
• Experience with higher education or public agencies is preferred.
• Experience with California Community College Districts is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services and advice on a range of matters for Calbright College.
• Draft and review contracts and related agreements.
• Research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Advise departments and divisions within the College.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the General Counsel’s office.
