Job summary

First Legal is seeking an Account Executive in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on driving new business development and expanding revenue for First Legal Depositions, collaborating with Account Managers and Regional Managers.

Approximately 75% client-facing and 25% inside sales, with remote work potential and field requirements. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of solutions-based outside sales experience in attorney services or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or related field and a minimum of 5 years professional outside sales experience in fast-paced, multifaceted attorney services and/or legal environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Identify and initiate contact with decision-makers, securing initial visits with qualified prospects.
• Converting prospects into new clients and growing additional business with existing clients

Responsibilities

• Securing new and building upon existing Attorney and Law Firm clients to provide Deposition Support services
• Offer and conduct Attorney continuing Legal Education opportunities
• Identifying viable client prospects from directories, contact lists, databases, leads, internet resources, and networking
• Maintain all account and client data in our CRM, including forecasting
• Recognize and expand on market conditions and discovery phase of litigation
• Attend industry-related functions to network and gain product knowledge
• Maintain confidentiality with regards to internal and external matters
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives as directed
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record (3 points or less) and auto insurance checks quarterly
