Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Houston is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support new client implementations and facility readiness across the CEVA Contract Logistics network. You will maintain layouts, track investments, andapply CEVA LEAN and CI standards while working with the site operations teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires collaborating with design and operations teams, managing multiple priorities, and traveling to deployment sites as needed within North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution and process optimization activities in the fulfillment center.
• Collaborate with Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams to define facility layouts & rack elevations changes.
• Implement CEVA standards related to LEAN, Continuous Improvement, Tier Boards, and KPIs.
• Partner with the Operations team to propose process optimization projects to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Observe operations and ensure Work Instructions reflect actual processes.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented on-time and on-budget.
