Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Plainfield, IN seeks an Implementation Engineer to support new client implementations and facility setups within the CEVA Contract Logistics network. You will maintain layouts, drive readiness actions, track capital investments, and apply CEVA LEAN and Continuous Improvement standards across projects.

You will partner with Operations, Facilities, and Procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining safe, efficient processes and reflecting actual workflows in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in logistics & distribution designing, implementing or launching facilities.
• Experience in 3PL or similar environment.
• Experience with e-commerce and omnichannel fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Support site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution, and process optimization in the fulfillment center.
• Collaborate with Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams on facility layouts and racking changes.
• Implement CEVA LEAN and Continuous Improvement standards.
• Partner with Operations to propose process optimization projects to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Ensure work instructions reflect actual processes and are followed.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Procurement to track equipment and supplies and ensure on-time delivery.
