Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Deployed Engineer for our Professional Services team. You will work directly with enterprise customers to translate workflows into concrete software specs and guide engineering teams through implementation, or build it for them.

You’ll embed with client teams to ship agent systems and defend architectural tradeoffs in production. You bring 4+ years of software engineering, strong Python skills, and experience shipping production agent systems, plus excellent communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• 2+ years shipping production agent systems.
• Strong client-facing communication with technical stakeholders.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advising: Agent architecture design, evaluation strategy, production guidance.
• Building: Co-build with customer's engineering team across the ADLC.
• Embedding: Serve as a deployed engineer inside the customer’s team.
• Agent Engineering: ADLC end-to-end, architecture design, orchestration, evals, production deployment.
• Applied AI: Post-training, fine-tuning, model selection and evaluation.
