Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. seeks an empathetic Community Development Liaison to connect our onsite dental services with senior-care facilities nationwide. This remote-based inside sales role blends high-volume outreach with strategic relationship management.

You will drive engagement, triage inbound leads, educate facilities on Enable Dental’s value, and collaborate with field CRMs to expand our reach while delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inside sales or sales development experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven track record of driving engagement and selling effectively over the phone.
• Exceptional active listening skills to uncover pain points and map them to solutions.
• Competitive, customer-focused drive with a consistently positive attitude.
• High operational discipline, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with field teams across levels.
• Bonus: knowledge of dental/healthcare or senior care industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement: execute high-volume outreach to secure qualified meetings with facility decision-makers.
• Manage inbound flow: triage and convert inbound leads across multiple channels.
• Target strategically: build and manage targeted audience lists using internal/external data.
• Consult & educate: communicate benefits and updates related to Enable Dental’s services.
• Maintain operational excellence: document activity, manage follow-ups, track metrics.
• Exceed targets: meet and exceed quotas for outbound activity, meetings, and new patient volume.
• Operate with integrity: uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
