CVS Health is seeking a Provider Relations professional to recruit and manage dental networks for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients. This remote role focuses on expanding contracted networks and improving access and affordability for members.

You will travel up to 20% for recruiting projects and collaborate across teams to optimize network profitability and member experience in a flexible, mobile work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects.
