Job summary

Ntiva seeks a Systems Engineer in a hybrid role focused on IT infrastructure for dental practices and DSOs. You will implement and deploy solutions designed by Solution Architects, manage migrations, and provide both remote and on-site support to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong Windows, DNS, and networking knowledge, plus experience with cloud and AD services. Proactive collaboration with PMs and Architects is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD.
• Strong Windows configuration and DNS/networking expertise.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/OCI) and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy IT infrastructure for dental clients and DSOs.
• Maintain 80% billable utilization.
• Provide remote or onsite project support and migrations.
• Document changes and prepare for steady-state support post-implementation.
• Communicate project status and scope changes clearly.
