Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in billing/denials with leadership experience; Epic experience is a plus, along with strong MS Office skills. Remote work is available, with standard full-time hours.

• Experience researching revenue enhancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee denials management and follow-up with payers.
• Supervise Billing Collection Representatives.
• Provide monthly reporting to leadership on metrics.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; manage performance.
• Improve payer communications to promote timely reimbursement.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership to identify opportunities.
