Qualifications

• JD and admission to the California bar.
• 1–2 years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Very well organized with good follow-up and strong communication.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant case load.
• Draft and file pleadings and other notices with the court.
• Track statutes of limitations and service of process.
• Review court documents and medical records; attend hearings as needed.
• Coordinate with Case Management, Demands, and Liens; maintain client communication.
