This position involves managing premises liability and auto accident cases, drafting legal documents, and supporting trial preparations. Qualifications

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury and liability matters is preferred.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle premises liability and auto accident files from initial investigation to early resolution.
• Draft answers, discovery demands, and motions to dismiss in NY state courts.
• Take plaintiff and witness depositions with partner oversight.
• Prepare for and attend virtual or in-person motion hearings.
• Support trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness outlines.
