A dynamic legal firm based in Manhattan is seeking an Associate for a remote Litigation role with a salary range of $135k to $165k. This position involves managing premises liability and auto accident cases, drafting legal documents, and supporting trial preparations. The firm offers structured bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and direct mentorship from experienced partners. Ideal candidates should have a Juris Doctor degree and relevant litigation experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury and liability matters is preferred.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills are necessary.

Responsabilités

• Handle premises liability and auto accident files from initial investigation to early resolution.
• Draft answers, discovery demands, and motions to dismiss in NY state courts.
• Take plaintiff and witness depositions with partner oversight.
• Prepare for and attend virtual or in-person motion hearings.
• Support trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness outlines.
