Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Supply Chain & Demand Planner to drive demand forecasting, purchasing, and inventory analysis across global operations. This role uses historical sales data, forecasts, and AI-enabled tools to develop accurate plans and maintain stock availability.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, manage supplier coordination, and support production scheduling while identifying improvements to forecasting accuracy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• 3+ years in demand/inventory planning, procurement, or analytical supply chain roles.
• Experience with demand planning, ERP, inventory management, or reporting systems.
• Experience with suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners is highly regarded.
• Exposure to AI-enabled forecasting, automation, or analytics tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, trends, and promotions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on business conditions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support planning.
• Manage purchasing and replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers for production requirements and delivery schedules.
• Analyse and report on demand, inventory, production, and supply chain performance; maintain dashboards and reporting models.
