Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Demand Planner who will own demand planning for a product category and drive forecasting efforts across the North America region. You will translate business insights into actionable demand plans, manage planning processes, and partner with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.

The role emphasizes building SKU-level forecasts, analyzing scenarios, and presenting plans to stakeholders while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve forecast quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, data science, or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in consumer electronics or CPG is preferred.
• Strong analytics using MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau or similar tools; planning systems are a plus.
• Experience with AI-enabled forecasting and S&OP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning for a product category across NA region up to 18 months.
• Translate category supply chain strategy into demand and supply planning actions.
• Prepare and present demand plans, scenario analyses, and inventory status to stakeholders.
• Maintain SKU-level demand plans and monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Drive development and implementation of planning processes and tools.
