Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Demand Generation Associate, Field Programs, to drive pipeline through field activations, sponsorships, and gifting programs for our sales teams. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-functional coordination, and AI-enabled workflows in a remote-first U.S. setting.

You’ll own event mechanics, manage sponsorships, and report on ROI, with travel up to 15–20%. Base pay varies by location, with zone ranges provided in the job description.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in demand generation or revenue marketing at a B2B SaaS.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with Sales, SDR/XDR, and marketing.
• Hands-on with AI tools in production workflows, not just prompts.
• Comfort with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce for campaigns, tracking, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand gen execution layer for field plays and event activations end-to-end.
• Manage third‑party sponsorship portfolio — evaluation, contracts, budgets, reporting.
• Run gifting program end-to-end — from triggers to ROI tracking.
• Serve as the demand gen point of contact for sponsorship and gifting programs with Sales/Field Marketing.
• Build, iterate on AI-assisted workflows supporting core programs and reporting.
• Deploy AI agents in production with human review loops.
• Evolve the role toward shaping sponsorship and field activation strategy.
• Travel up to 15-20% for offsites.
