Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Demand Analyst for its IS AER FED division. This remote-based role supports demand management by monitoring signals, maintaining data accuracy, and preparing recurring reports to enable planning, MRP alignment, and SIOP readiness.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure visibility and timely issue escalation across the supply chain. The ideal candidate has a degree, internship experience, and familiarity with ERP/MRP, EDI, EMT, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) months of internship or co-op experience.
• U.S. person requirement for export-controlled information; no immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to support demand planning with ERP/MRP, EDI and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand signals from multiple sources to support visibility.
• Review demand changes and identify discrepancies with system inputs.
• Validate that demand is reflected in MRP and escalate issues.
• Prepare recurring demand reports and data extracts for review.
• Support demand forecast maintenance and SIOP preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and clarify changes.
