ManpowerGroup is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our client’s Niche SOR Application Support team. The role focuses on Deltek CP/TES functional operations within Deltek CostPoint ERP, providing production support and enabling new capabilities for client service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, 7+ years with Deltek CostPoint in a functional role, and excellent communication to bridge finance, IT, and end-users while driving process improvements and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 7+ years with Deltek CostPoint ERP in a functional role.
• Experience in professional services organizations; federal engagement support desirable.
• Strong accounting knowledge including federal compliance; familiarity with Deltek modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Deltek CP/TES functional resource for Niche SOR App Support.
• Resolve production issues in Deltek ERP and enable new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to optimize Deltek CostPoint.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and design improvements.
• Bridge technical teams and business users with training and end-user documentation.
