ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Experis, seeks a Systems Analyst to join the Niche SOR Application Support team in a remote U.S. capacity.

You will support Deltek CP/TES functional operations and help resolve production issues across the Deltek CostPoint ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems and 7+ years of experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP in a functional role, with federal engagement support desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP in a functional role.
• Strong accounting knowledge with federal compliance familiarity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to balance technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Deltek CP/TES functional resource for the Niche SOR Application Support team.
• Resolve production issues in the Deltek ERP ecosystem and implement new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to optimize Deltek CostPoint usage and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and design improvements.
• Bridge technical teams and business users with training and end-user documentation.
