Job summary

Automationtechies seeks an experienced DeltaV Configuration Engineer to autonomously develop DeltaV Batch DCS configurations, modules, phases, and recipes from FR/DS, ensuring compliant, traceable code for regulated manufacturing. You will translate process narratives and P&IDs into control logic and HMI graphics, work with process engineering, and support FAT/SAT as SME.

Role requires 5+ years in DeltaV Batch DCS configuration, hands-on coding ability, and strong documentation practices in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering.
5+ years of DeltaV Batch DCS configuration/coding experience in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
Ability to translate FR/DS into control logic and graphics with minimal oversight.
Working knowledge of ISA-88 batch standards, GMP, and CSV documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Independently develop DeltaV Batch DCS configuration, control modules, phases, and recipes.
Translate process narratives and P&IDs into control logic and HMI graphics.
Ensure code complies with ISA-88, GMP and CSV requirements.
Coordinate with process engineering to clarify requirements and maintain alignment during development.
Document configuration development activities per CSV and quality standards.
Support FAT/SAT as SME for developed code.
