Cognizant is seeking an experienced DeltaV Technical Lead to own end-to-end delivery of a complex DeltaV Batch automation project. This hands-on leadership role guides the detail design, builds, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and post-go-live support, acting as the technical authority for DeltaV systems.

The successful candidate interfaces with client operations, engineering, and QA/regulatory teams, leading a team of DeltaV engineers across project phases and ensuring quality and compliance.

Competenze

• 10+ years in industrial process automation with at least 5 years hands-on DeltaV engineering.
• Delivery of DeltaV Batch projects from design through commissioning.
• Deep knowledge of ISA-88 batch standard.
• Strong DeltaV equipment phase development and parameter design.
• Proven FAT, SAT, and commissioning leadership.
• Experience producing FDS, Control Narratives, and tests.
• Familiarity with DeltaV Batch Historian and electronic batch records.
• Strong change management and configuration control.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client stakeholders.

• Own end-to-end DeltaV batch automation project delivery.
• Lead design activities including FDS, architecture, and test strategy.
• Direct the DeltaV configuration team during build and FAT.
• Oversee commissioning activities, loop checks, and SAT sign-off.
