Job summary

Oxley Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled Delphi Developer to support Department of Veterans Affairs solutions. The role involves developing front-end and back-end applications, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to design and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Five years of Delphi development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Excellent Delphi 10.3 experience and modern design/OO principles.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with IDEs (Eclipse, Visual Studio).
• Knowledge of SCM and testing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and with clients.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains front-end and back-end applications.
• Participates in Agile lifecycle (daily scrums, sprints).
• Designs, prepares and executes unit tests; code reviews.
• Mentors less senior developers.
• Provides time/resource estimates for tasks.
• Implements VA policies and procedures as needed.
• Collaborates with internal and external groups.
• Creates documentation and supports defect management.
