Oxley Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Delphi Developer to design and maintain front-end and back-end applications supporting VA projects. This remote position allows work from anywhere in the United States not excluded.

Candidates should have 5 years Delphi experience, a BS in CS or related field, and strong skills in Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, Agile, and testing. Familiarity with SDVOSB environment is a plus.

Position Description

The Delphi Developer develops and maintains front-end and back-end applications. This position supports the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Minimum/General Experience

5 years of experience in Delphi development.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related field.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Excellent experience with Embarcadero Delphi 10.3
• Excellent understanding of modern software design and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, object-oriented)
• Excellent experience using an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio)
• Excellent experience on one or more full release project life cycles
• Excellent ability to consistently apply quality and security standards
• Knowledge of modern software configuration management (SCM)
• Understanding of testing tools and unit and integration test scripting and methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent ability to work effectively in a team and with clients
• Experience using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and GitHub (preferred)

• Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks or projects
• Participates in Agile development lifecycle to include daily scrum calls, sprint planning and build planning
• Provides defect resolution and issue tracking
• Analyzes technical issues
• Provides and reviews needed documentation changes
• Collaborates with other internal and external groups
• Participates as a member of the development support team

Compensation & Benefits

The annual projected pay range for this position is $66,120 - $202,634 with consideration being given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
