SmartBug Media, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to join the Integrations team. You will own the technical shape of integration projects, ensuring what is built matches what was sold, with delivery execution at the core of the role.

You will engage with clients early, review SOWs, close gaps, and translate requirements into actionable tasks for developers. A strong background in API integrations and data flows is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a solutions architecture, business analysis, or technical delivery role.
• Experience reading Statements of Work and technical requirements documents.
• Hands-on integration experience with various enterprise systems.
• Strong ability to scope and estimate technical work for delivery teams.
• Capability to create data maps and system diagrams for projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of assigned integration projects from kickoff through launch.
• Review SOW, close gaps, and produce developer‑ready documentation.
• Lead discovery calls with stakeholders to align scope and requirements.
• Create data maps and system diagrams showing data movement and architecture.
• Provide pre‑sales technical depth for integration deals and feasibility assessments.
• Review builds for scope clarity, dependencies, and risk before client delivery.
