Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple service delivery operations, optimizing standard solutions, and ensuring profitable, high-quality outcomes for clients.

You will manage performance, staffing, SLAs, and collaboration with project managers on large or complex programs, including Medicaid experience and travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contact center management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in Medicaid.
