BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Director to provide portfolio-level leadership across multiple client engagements. You will oversee Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery quality, stability, and client satisfaction across a distributed portfolio.
Ideal candidates have experience managing multi-project environments, engaging with senior stakeholders, and building high-performing teams. This remote role offers senior leadership growth within a global tech services company.
Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments.
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level).
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in technology consulting, digital engineering, or technical services delivery organizations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio.
- Steer structure to meet KPIs like client satisfaction, delivery stability, staffing continuity, and portfolio performance.
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural, distributed teams.
- Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
