Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Director to provide portfolio-level leadership across multiple client engagements. You will guide Delivery Managers and delivery teams to meet KPIs, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain operational stability across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring senior leadership experience in technology consulting or digital engineering, with a track record of managing several delivery teams and coordinating with C-level stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting, digital engineering, or technical services delivery organizations.
• Experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments with several delivery teams.
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level to manage expectations and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio.
• Steer your structure to fulfill KPIs including client satisfaction, delivery stability, staffing continuity, and portfolio performance indicators.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams distributed worldwide.
• Ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the entire portfolio.
