Qualifications

• Experience as a federal professional in US Government or Defense.
• Experience producing templated reports such as WARs, MARs, SITREPs, and exec summaries.
• Background with one or more US military branches valued.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with adherence to federal style guides.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine federal reporting artifacts like Weekly Action Reports and SITREPs.
• Develop high-quality written responses reflecting federal/military reporting practices.
• Evaluate and grade sample submissions using detailed grading guidelines.
• Contribute input artifacts and reference responses for various federal/military report types.
• Support creation of guidelines and rubrics for AI model training in federal reporting.
• Consult on task design to improve project outputs.
• Participate in feedback cycles to meet evolving project standards.
