Qualifications

• 10+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience in trucking and transportation defense preferred.
• Strong writing and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in general liability, retail liability, and/or product liability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation cases.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and insurers.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for and participate in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
