The ideal candidate will have a California license, 10+ years in defense litigation, strong writing, and strategic thinking, plus experience handling depositions and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience in trucking and transportation defense preferred.
• Strong writing and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with depositions and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation cases.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and insurers.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Participate in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
