Job summary
General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure supporting critical Department of Defense missions across both cloud and on‑premises environments.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, automation, and enterprise infrastructure management, and will provide technical leadership to engineering teams while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II, DoD Secret clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises environments.
- Lead with virtualization, networking, and threat mitigation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain accreditation packages and STIG compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
