Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Deep Learning Scientist to design and implement advanced neural network architectures, translating research into high-performance models for production systems. You will optimize training in distributed environments and collaborate with engineers across the globe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Deep Learning, ML, or related research field.
• Mastery of Python and PyTorch for developing custom model architectures.
• Proven experience with distributed training and GPU optimization techniques at scale.
• Hands-on experience implementing mixed-precision training to improve computational efficiency.
• Solid understanding of large-scale model development and training optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine custom deep learning model architectures for specialized tasks.
• Implement and optimize large-scale distributed training workflows across multiple GPU nodes.
• Apply mixed-precision training and other optimization techniques to improve computational efficiency.
• Enhance model performance through deep PyTorch expertise and custom operator development.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate complex deep learning systems into production-ready infrastructure.
• Monitor and tune training dynamics to ensure the stability and convergence of large-scale models.
