Formación

• 4+ years of experience in AI Research or ML roles.
• PhD or MS in Computer Science or Machine Learning with strong math.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or JAX.
• Publications in RL, VLMs, or diffusion.
• Experience building foundation models and multimodal systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced research into novel ML methods including RL, diffusion models, and VLMs.
• Design and implement high-performance deep learning architectures with PyTorch and JAX.
• Publish research findings and present at conferences.
• Develop algorithms for multimodal understanding based on solid math.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy research as AI features.

As an AI Research Scientist, you will lead the charge in exploring and creating the next generation of artificial intelligence. You will work at the intersection of theory and application, transforming advanced research into scalable foundation models and multimodal systems.

What You'll Do

• Conduct advanced research into novel ML methods, including reinforcement learning, diffusion models, and VLMs.
• Design and implement high-performance deep learning architectures using PyTorch and JAX.
• Contribute to the academic and professional community through high-quality research publications and conference presentations.
• Leverage strong mathematical foundations to develop and refine complex algorithms for multimodal understanding.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to transition innovative research concepts into production-grade AI features.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in AI Research or Machine Learning roles.
• PhD or MS in Computer Science or Machine Learning with a strong foundation in mathematics.
• Advanced proficiency in deep learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch or JAX.
• Proven publication record in novel research methods such as RL, VLMs, or diffusion.
• Hands‑on experience developing foundation models and multimodal systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
