Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related analytical field.
• Proven expertise in developing classical ML models using Python, SQL, and scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, and feature engineering techniques.
• Experience producing business-facing insights and dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy classical machine learning models using Python and scikit-learn.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Develop and maintain dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or Mode to communicate metrics.
• Perform feature engineering and data transformation using SQL to improve models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end data science lifecycle from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
