National Debt Relief is hiring compassionate Inside Sales Representatives for a remote role across multiple states, including KY. You will enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs, document conversations in Salesforce, and pursue IAPDA certification within the first year.

Candidates should have 2+ years in client-facing roles and strong communication skills. Base pay starts at $31,200 per year, with uncapped commissions boosting the first-year average to about $85,000; top earners can

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an equivalent associate degree.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with remote work is highly preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored)
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team. Performance criteria subject to change based on company baselines.
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either
• Accurately recall and document call information, skillfully navigate multiple computer systems with strong multitasking abilities, and
• De-escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and be open to receiving and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve performance
