Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Debt Collections.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a production-driven environment.
• Familiar with collection laws and compliant to PCI data handling.

Responsibilities

• Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using collection software.
• Meets production goals for servicing delinquent accounts without compromising quality.
• Follows client operating standards and federal/state regulations for collections.
• Notates each account with actions taken and results achieved; handles data securely.
