Job summary

ClearDATA is seeking a Deal Desk Contracts Administrator who will support Sales and Professional Services by moving opportunities from approved pricing through contracts, SOWs, signature, and handoff. The role is remote and eligible for US or Canada-based workers.

You will manage deal intake, prepare quotes, coordinate SOW development, and ensure accurate documentation across contracts, amendments, and renewals, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, or contracts administration.
• Experience with quotes, contracts, SOWs, order forms, or e-signature workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal-desk intake, approvals, and tracking with owners and target dates.
• Prepare quotes and commercial documents using approved pricing and templates.
• Coordinate professional-services SOW development with Sales and Professional Services.
• Capture scope, milestones, pricing, and responsibilities in SOWs accurately.
• Review SOWs for completeness and alignment before signature.
• Draft/update orders, amendments, renewals, and change orders; verify pricing and dates.
• Route nonstandard pricing and contract questions to Finance, Legal, or Sales leadership.
• Track redlines, versions, and electronic signatures to keep deals moving.
• Maintain Salesforce records for opportunities, quotes, contracts, and renewals.
• Prepare and audit closed-won documentation for onboarding and handoff.
