Job summary

ClearDATA seeks a Deal Desk Contracts Administrator to support Sales and Professional Services. This remote role handles quotes, SOWs, and contract administration from approved pricing through signature and handoff.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with 1–3 years in related roles, knowledge of CRM systems, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. US/Canada remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Legal Studies or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales operations, deal desk, contracts administration, or similar role.
• Experience preparing/administering quotes, contracts, SOWs, order forms, renewals, changes, e-signature workflows.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal-desk intake, track requests, approvals, owners, dates, and actions.
• Prepare quotes and commercial documents with Account Executives using approved pricing.
• Coordinate SOW development with Sales, technical resources, and Professional Services.
• Capture project scope, milestones, pricing, and responsibilities in each SOW.
• Review SOWs for completeness, delivery ownership, and scope changes before signature.
• Draft/update order forms, amendments, changes, renewals, repricing, and cancellations.
• Route nonstandard pricing, contract language, and terms to Finance/Legal/Sales leadership.
• Track redlines, versions, approvals, and e-signatures to keep deals moving.
• Maintain organized deal files and Salesforce records for opportunities, quotes, contracts.
