Job summary

OmniOn Power is seeking a Telecommunications Installer DC (Level III) to lead the wiring and connections on DC power equipment at customer sites. The role involves managing tool inventory, preparing Method of Procedure (MOP) and Job Information Memorandum (JIM), and completing timesheets for self and crew.

You will report to the Southern Region Service Manager and travel 100% of the time, with a preference for Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in Telecom DC power equipment installation.
• Two years of experience in pulling & sewing cable, cable racking, bay mounting.
• Valid driver's license required.
• willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Ability and willingness to work varying shifts (swing shifts).

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium sized service projects.
• Ensure on-time completion and quality of installation projects.
• Manage inventory and staging of equipment and materials; provide weekly status reports.
• Assist higher level technicians on lead verification (voltage).
• Support installation and commissioning of wireless, datacenter, and EV charging equipment.
• Comply with all EHS and regulatory guidelines.
