Job summary

OmniOn Power is seeking a Telecommunications Installer DC (Level III) for a 100% remote role with overnight travel to customer sites within a regional area. The preferred location is Honolulu, HI, with periodic travel outside the region as needed.

The position involves wiring changes on DC power equipment, submitting Method of Procedure (MOP) and Job Information Memorandum (JIM), timesheet management for self and crew, safety compliance, and jobsite housekeeping.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in Telecom DC power equipment installation.
Two years of experience in pulling & sewing cable, construction of cable racking, bay mounting.
Valid driver's license.
Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time.
Ability and willingness to work varying shifts (swing shifts).

Responsibilities

Lead small to medium sized service projects.
Ensure on-time completion and quality of installation projects.
Maintain inventory and staging of equipment and materials, provide weekly status to supervisor.
Read and interpret specifications and drawings.
Assist Level IV Technician on lead verification (voltage).
Support installation, commissioning of wireless, datacenter, and EV charging equipment.
