Job summary

Fermi America seeks a DC Commercial Program Manager to serve as the delivery voice in tenant pursuits across powered land, powered shell, and turnkey products. You will own campus capacity, energization dates, and the delivery basis behind each commercial offer, coordinating technical and lender diligence while guiding handoffs to delivery after deal execution.

Qualifications

12+ years in commercial operations, solutions engineering, business development support, or program management in data center or large capital infrastructure.
Experience supporting large customer pursuits from qualification through agreement execution with delivery accountability.
Fluency across data center product types (powered land, powered shell, turnkey) and how each affects cost, schedule, and risk.

Responsibilities

Serve as the delivery voice inside tenant pursuits across all products, translating requirements into deliverable posture with cost, schedule, and risk implications.
Own campus capacity and availability position used in commercial conversations, megawatts by building, energization dates, and uncommitted capacity.
Develop and maintain the delivery basis behind every commercial offer, including schedule basis and conditions.
Test proposed terms against delivery reality before they are committed, identifying what cannot be credibly met.
Coordinate diligence for tenants and lenders, assembling input from technical, controls, construction, and operations.
Build and maintain the standard pursuit package with delivery approach and staffing plan.
