Job summary

Together AI is seeking a Program Manager, Data Center Delivery to act as the primary liaison for physical infrastructure builds across our data center portfolio. You will drive the entire lifecycle from contract negotiation through commissioning and handoff to operations.

You will coordinate with data center providers, owners reps, GCs, and design consultants to keep builds on track, while managing budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical project or program management or construction management.
• Experience with data center providers or general contractors including contract administration.
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems, data hall fit out, structured cabling.
• Experience managing multi-million infrastructure budgets and tracking costs and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Together AI's representative on data center construction projects, managing vendors from planning through fit-out.
• Oversee all phases of physical infrastructure delivery at data center sites, including site prep, MEP, commissioning, and turnover.
• Manage contracts, SLAs, schedules, and change orders; track progress against milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate with data center providers, owner’s reps, GC, design consultants, and commissioning agents to resolve field issues.
• Track equipment deliveries and coordinate with milestones to ensure timely arrivals.
• Provide regular project status reporting to leadership with schedules, risks, and budgets.
• Drive process improvements and scalable workflows for deployment program growth.
• Ensure deployment activities comply with codes, security policies, and safety standards.
